  1. Diastema between tooth 11.21, tooth 12.13, and tooth 22.23.
  2. Enamel hypocalcification and unacceptable aesthetic over upper anterior teeth.

Option I: Orthodontic treatment then tooth 13-23 veneer.

  2. Orthodontic treatment combine OGS after 18 years old.
  3. After orthodontic treatment, restore posterior teeth with ceramic onlay.
